Center for Ethics

The Center for Ethics at Emory University is a nonprofit organization dedicated to interdisciplinary research, to leadership education, and to provide forums that promote conversation about contemporary ethical issues and choices.

 

Emory Library Resources
Woodruff Library acquires materials in religious studies, especially in non-Christian and comparative religions. A Religious Studies Librarian will be available for consultation on finding or acquiring resources in any format (print, multimedia, digital).
Center for the Study of Law and Religion
The Center for the Study of Law and Religion (CSLR) is dedicated to studying the religious dimensions of law, the legal dimensions of religion, and the interaction of legal and religious ideas and institutions, norms and practices.
The Center for Contemplative Science and Compassion-Based Ethics

The Center for Contemplative Science and Compassion-Based Ethics supports a research-based approach to educating both heart and mind.

Graduate Division of Religion
The Graduate Division of Religion offers Ph.D.-level work in the study of religion. In 1995, the National Council of Education ranked Emory fifth in the nation among graduate programs in religion.
The Tam Institute for Jewish Studies
The establishment of Emory University's Institute for Jewish Studies in February 1999 gave institutional recognition to the University's strength in the study of Jewish life and culture, and signaled Emory's intention to become the premier site for Jewish Studies in the southeastern United States.
Emory Tibetan Mind-Body Sciences Summer Program

Emory Tibetan Mind-Body Sciences Summer Program. This program takes place half in Dharamsala, the head of the Tibetan exile community in India and half in Karnataka, India, at Drepung Loseling Monastery. This program offers students the opportunity to join the emerging dialogue between the Tibetan Buddhist tradition of the inner science of the mind and the western tradition of science of the external world.  SUMMER ONLY.

Pathways Center
