Early Morning and Overnight Arrivals
If you arrive outside of the designated check-in or desk hours, there will be a set of thorough instructions posted on the main entrance of Woodruff Residential Center. These instructions will be posted on the doors and near the call box located next to the front door of the residence hall. You will not need your own mobile phone to call our office. On the call box, dial 7-0427, and you will be connected with our main office. If it is before midnight, a person will answer the phone and send an on-call staff member to Woodruff to assist you.
If you are arriving after midnight, you will follow the same procedure to call our main office. Instead of a person answering, you will receive our voicemail. When prompted, select option 2. You will have the opportunity to leave a brief message with your name, your location, and that you are checking in for IABS. This will page an on-call staff member, who will come to Woodruff to assist you shortly.
