Information for Exhibitors

We welcome to the conference exhibitors whose products support the on-going study of Buddhism. We currently have two options for those wishing to promote their products to the international community of scholars of Buddhism:

a promotional flyer or book-order form to be included with registration materials or
an exhibitor's package for those wishing to attend the conference and set up an on-site display.

We currently expect up to 500 conference participants.

Flyers/Book-Order Forms

A one-page flyer (front & back) or a book-order form may be included in the conference registration materials for the price of 250 USD. You may select and pay for this option on the Conference Registration page. Be sure to include your organization's name in the first address field. If you are sending flyers for distribution at the conference, please send 500 copies, and direct them to the following address. Please arrange to have them arrive no later than June 13, 2008.

Exhibitor's Package

Alternatively,exhibitors may choose to attend the conference and have an on-site display. The exhibitor's package provides:

the right to exhibit at the conference from Tuesday June 24-Saturday June 28, from 8:00am to 7:00 pm daily
one long table (72 x 30 inches; approx 2 x 0.75 meters) to use for display
a locked area for overnight storage
the inclusion of an advertising flyer or book-order form in the registration packet
all scheduled conference meals, receptions, and events
access to the discounted hotel packages
the assistance of an exhibit coordinator who will work with exhibitors throughout the conference

The exhibitor's package is 450 USD; additional exhibitors from the same company may register for the discounted price of 225 USD each. The deadline to register as an exhibitor is June 1, 2008. You may select and pay for this option on the registration page. Be sure to include your organization's name in the first address field.

NOTE: Exhibitors may begin to display their products on the first day of the academic program (Tuesday, June 24). You may wish to arrive a day early in order to be set up when the program begins at 9:00 am. All exhibitors can begin setting up their tables at 8:00 am, and must disassemble their display by 7:00 pm.
